The personal data collected, such as: Full name; Gender; Date of birth; Place of birth; Nationality; Identification document; Tax identification number, Profession and Employer; Documents relating to the property; Full address of permanent residence; Telephone/mobile; Electronic Mail (E-mail), and after the consent of its owner has been obtained, are intended for future communications by House Living, which may occur via telephone, electronic mail (e-mail), SMS, Postal Mail, for the purposes of Marketing, Events, Fairs, for contractual purposes and for compliance with legislation in force, namely Law 83/2017 of August 18, which establishes measures to combat money laundering and terrorist financing and will be stored and kept for the period necessary for the purpose of its treatment and taking into account legal criteria of necessity and minimization of storage time.

The consent of the owner of the data collected must be prior, free, informed, specific and unequivocal, expressed in a written or oral statement or by validating an option. House Living is responsible for processing the data and has appointed a Data Controller for this purpose.

Personal information is stored on secure networks, which can only be accessed by a limited number of people who have special access rights and undertake to respect and maintain the confidential nature of such information. The confidentiality and security of the data collected is guaranteed, as well as access, rectification or deletion by its owners. To access, modify or delete the personal data provided, simply send an e-mail to geral@houseliving.pt or a registered letter with A/R to the Data Protection Officer at House Living, with headquarters at Rua das Pedreiras n.º 20 D, 1400-007, Belém. Once this request has been received, House Living will immediately cancel the data, blocking it and keeping it solely and exclusively for the purpose of ensuring compliance with legal or contractual obligations.
